At Aqua Turtle, we take pride in creating high-quality, handcrafted products. Due to the nature of our homemade products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for hygiene and safety reasons.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

    •    Take clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

    •    Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order.

    •    Send the photos and a description of the issue to hello@aqua-turtle.com.

Once we review the claim, we will offer a replacement for the damaged product.

Lost or Stolen Packages

    •    Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

    •    If your tracking information shows delivered but you have not received your order, please check with your local post office or neighbors.

    •    If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend filing a claim with the shipping carrier.
